Registrations Open
New Umpires
- Head to Ref Assist 2.0 OfficialsHQ Registration
- Follow the prompts
- You will receive an email from AFL iD to verify your details (check your Junk and spam Filters)
- Registration complete
Returning Umpires
- Log into your existing RefAssist 2.0 League: AFL South East- SUA
- Update your required information: General, Working with Children, Banking Details, Medical etc
- Choose your role preference: Field, Boundary, Goal (multiple roles can be selected)
- Complete re-registration and agree to the T&Cs

Back Up Match Day Paperwork
Match Reports & Best & Fairest Votes can only be completed by the First Named Umpire in the RefAssist 2.0 appointments platform.
When that platform doesn’t work or isn’t available, any umpire can use the Backup Match Day Paperwork. Reports should be submitted on the same day as the game.
